The Association is open to all former pupils of The Neale-Wade Academy, March Grammar School and March High School.

On Thursday 7th November 2019 a dedication service was held at St Wendreda's Church to mark the installation of the memorial plaque presented by the Neale-Wade Association and March Grammar School former students. The plaque is in memory of former pupils and staff who lost their lives in the World War One and subsequent conflicts and marks the 100th reunion of the Association on 28th June 2019. Similar plaques have been presented by the Association in 2019 and installed at St George's Chapel in Ypres and at the Neale-Wade.

The service at St Wendreda's was attended by students and staff from Neale-Wade and representatives from the Association.​
